This tool is for activation of new JagNet accounts, primarily new students and certain categories of USA Health employees. It can also be used when directed by the Help Desk.

Please submit your identifying information below to activate your account. New students who do not have an SSN or have not provided one to the University may leave the SSN box blank. All employees need to provide the SSN data.

After you have accessed your account be sure to set up a recovery email address or text number using the Establish Recovery Options. You will be presented with a screen to do so. Alternately you may click on the link to the left under the Password Help menu.
